I found though that their voices differ greatly in quality when used with P2A (pronunciation and intonation with ATC lingo), so you should try them out with specific phrases on their demo page. I did like the CereProc voices much better, and purchased a few of them recently (they just had a sale during Easter week, and occasionally have others). $$$ Ivona or CereProc: Though lots of people recommend Ivona, I wasn’t impressed by the samples on their website. Some of those are actually quite good (e.g. Although by default P2A can only ‘see’ two of the Windows voices, you can actually get a lot more working by doing some registry tricks (there’s a post in the P2A forum explaining this).
